    • PURPOSE: A nanostructure array substrate, a manufacturing method thereof and a dye-sensitized solar cell using the same are provided to easily obtain transparency and flexibility of the substrate. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a nanostructure array substrate comprises the following steps: forming a zinc oxide seed layer(120) on a substrate(110); forming a pattern layer equipped with a plurality of holes on the zinc oxide seed layer to expose a part of the seed layer; forming zinc oxide nanorod which is vertically aligned from the exposed seed layer; removing the pattern layer; and coating oxidized titanium sol on the zinc oxide nanorod; and forming oxidized zinc core and oxidized titanium shell structure nanorods(160) through sintering.
    • 目的:提供纳米结构阵列基板,其制造方法和使用该纳米结构阵列基板的染料敏化太阳能电池,以容易地获得基板的透明度和柔性。 构成:纳米结构阵列衬底的制造方法包括以下步骤:在衬底(110)上形成氧化锌种子层(120); 在所述氧化锌种子层上形成配置有多个孔的图案层,以露出所述种子层的一部分; 形成从暴露的种子层垂直排列的氧化锌纳米棒; 去除图案层; 并在氧化锌纳米棒上涂覆氧化钛溶胶; 并通过烧结形成氧化锌芯和氧化钛壳结构纳米棒(160)。
