    • PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an underground buried solid insulation transformer is provided to improve stability by surrounding the wire with the polymer shell and the polymer compound. CONSTITUTION: A coil form with an internal window is prepared(S100). A first coil unit is formed by winding a low voltage coil and a high voltage coil around the coil form(S200). A second coil unit is formed by winding the glass fiber around the first coil unit(S300). A third coil unit is formed by molding and hardening the second coil unit automatically(S400). The third coil unit is post-cured after separating the mold from the internal window(S500). A fourth coil unit is formed by coating the semi-conductive coating agent in the third coil unit(S600). The fifth coil unit is formed by assembling the core in the fourth coil unit(S700). The silicon or polymer compound is filled between the fifth coil unit and the shell(S800). The completed transformer is tested(S900).
