摘要： The present invention relates to an incoming line hanger for optical cables capable of straightening the outer appearance neatly by inserting and arranging optical cable incoming lines for Internet or cable TV coming from a utility pole into a building inside the ring unit of a hanger hung on a first incoming line which is a previously installed optical cable; and reducing working hours and costs by installing new optical cable incoming lines or removing not-in-use optical cable incoming lines without using a high place operation car. According to the present invention, the incoming line hanger for optical cables to straighten optical cables installed as incoming lines includes a ring unit which has a ring shape and has an open top and a guide unit inclined towards the inside to guide an optical cable incoming line to the inside of the ring shape at one side of the opening; and a combination unit which is separated to two sides from the upper part to the lower part and has an open top and a settling groove to which the first incoming line is settled and combined inside the lower part, and of which the lower part is integrated to one end of the upper part of the ring unit. The combination unit has a first and a second combination unit which are bent in a way the separated upper part of each opposes each other. At the front end of the first combination unit, a projection unit is formed. At the front end of the second combination unit, a projection unit, having a shape corresponding to the projection unit of the first combination unit to be combined, is formed. The projection units of the first and the second combination unit are combined and fixed to each other.

A roller device includes an electric pole mounting unit(10) and a roller unit(20). The electric pole mounting unit is composed of a body(12), a chain(13), a connecting unit(14), and a tightening member(30). The body is tapered to the front. The chain surrounds an outer side of the electric pole. The connecting unit connects the one end of the chain to the one end of the body by a pin. The tightening member tightens the other end of the chain to the other end of the body. The roller unit includes a cover(21), a roller(22) and a latch. A wire is received inside the cover. The cover is mounted in the tapered end of the body of the electric pole mounting unit. The roller is installed in the inner side of the roller. The roller reduces the friction with the wire received in the wire. The latch opens the cover by retracting the connecting pin.

The hanger comprises; a receiving unit which is formed into a round ring shape in which a part is opened, and places the incoming line in the inner side; a loop unit which is formed on the top of the receiving unit by making one end of the receiving unit as a hook shape to be hung and fixated on the first incoming line wired between an electric pole and a building; a guide unit which inclines the opposite end in which the loop unit is formed at the receiving unit to the inner side of the round shape; and an opening unit which is forms a gap(distance) between the guide unit and the loop unit to put a communication cable incoming line in the receiving unit. An elastic member is inserted between the loop unit and the first incoming line. Base and front units of the loop unit are integrally tied by a bonding member and are constructed.

By doing so, the problem that to install an additional communication cable while a self-supporting cable including a supporting wire is already installed between utility poles for communication, the connection bar between the supporting wire and communication cable of the already-installed self-supporting cable should be latched and a hanger for a self-supporting cable should be prepared to re-install the existing supporting wire using the already-installed self-supporting cable and then fix the communication cable with the hanger can be resolved. Also, since installation of an additional communication cable to the already-installed self-supporting cable becomes easy so that work efficiency can be improved and installation costs can be reduced.
