    • PURPOSE: A tritium battery tritium solid source manufacturing device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to make the storage metal powder or thin film to react with tritium gas without the contact with the external gas including the oxygen or moisture by preventing the contact of the storage metal with the oxygen. CONSTITUTION: A storage metal manufacturing container(101) is used to manufacture the tritium storage metal. A reaction container(110) is separated from the storage metal manufacturing container. The reaction container is used in order to react the tritium gas and the storage metal. A path(103) connects two containers in order to transfer the storage metal in the state of being sealed up without the exposure of the storage metal.

    • PURPOSE: A device and a method for manufacturing a solid tritium source are provided to extend the lifespan of a nuclear battery using a solid tritium source with higher density than a tritium gas. CONSTITUTION: A sample container(20) is detachably combined with one side of a main tube(10). The sample container receives a metal. A metering tank(30) supplies the tritium to the sample container through the main tube. The metering tank measures the state of the tritium. An auxiliary gas injector is combined with the other side of the main tube and supplies the auxiliary gas to the sample container through the main tube. A vacuum pump(60,61) forms a vacuum condition inside the main tube and the sample container.
