    • PURPOSE: A method and a device for recovering a signal, and a recording medium containing the method are provided to solve the discontinuous signal problem due to phase differences in the connecting part between the basic signal used for a signal recovery and a reproduced signal. CONSTITUTION: A device for recovering a signal comprises a phase weight calculating unit(140), a recovered signal calculating unit(120), and a control unit(130). The phase weight calculating unit calculates the phase weight for the phase correction between a first recovered signal located at a close position and the basic signal. The recovered signal calculating unit generates a first reproduction signal in which the phase is corrected by adding the output value of the phase weight calculating unit and the basic signal of a memory(110). The phase weight calculating unit and the recovered signal calculating unit are controlled. The phase weight calculating unit includes a phase deduction unit and a phase weight calculator. The phase deduction unit deducts the phase values of the initially and finally stored elements of the basic signals stored in the memory. The phase weight calculator calculates a phase adjustment factor by deducting the phase values of the initially and finally stored elements of the basic signals stored in the memory.

    • A PLL circuit, a recording apparatus, and a clock signal generating method are provided to reduce a phase error of the PLL circuit due to amplitude variation of an input signal. A PLL(Phase Locked Loop) circuit(100) includes a VCO(110), a A/D converter(120), a normalizer(130), a divider(140), a phase comparator(150) and, an LF(Loop Filter)(160). The VCO changes an oscillation frequency of a clock signal according to the signal inputted from the phase comparator through the LF. The A/D converter converts a wobble signal that is the analog input signal by using the clock signal which the VCO oscillates as the sampling clock and outputs the converted signal to the normalizer. The normalizer receives the digital signal which the A/D converter digitizes and normalizes the amplitude value of the digital signal. The normalizer outputs the normalized digital signal to the phase comparator. The divider receives the clock signal which the VCO oscillates and divides the signal into n. The divider feeds back the n divided signal as a comparison clock signal to the phase comparator. The phase comparator controls the phase of the clock signal which the VCO outputs in order to equalize the phase of the normalized digital signal of the normalizer with the phase of the fed back n divided comparison clock signal of the divider.

    • A method and a device of recording an optical disc are provided to ensure stable reproduction of a high-speed and multi-layered optical disc by removing influence of crosstalk even when a pre-pit signal is not detected during data recording in the optical disc. A recording method of an optical disc includes a step of producing a pre-pit signal(N1) from the optical disc(D); a step of generating a second standard clock signal(N22) from the pre-pit signal; a step of detecting phase deviation of a first standard clock signal(N32) from the second standard clock signal; and a step of compensating the first standard clock signal on the basis of an average value of the detected phase deviation. An optical disc recording device comprises a wobble signal generating unit(30,31), a first standard clock signal generating unit(G1), a pre-pit signal reproducing unit(10), a second standard clock signal generating unit(G2), a deviation detecting unit(60,61), and a compensating unit. The wobble signal generating unit produces a wobble signal(N31) from the optical disc. The first standard clock signal generating unit generates the first standard clock signal from the wobble signal. The pre-pit signal reproducing unit reproduces the pre-pit signal from the optical disc. The second standard clock signal generating unit produces the second standard clock signal from the pre-pit signal. The deviation detecting unit detects a phase deviation of the first standard clock signal by using the second standard clock signal. The compensating unit corrects the first standard clock signal on the basis of the average value of the phase deviation detected by the deviation detecting unit.
