    • An integrated system for inferring customer feedback in B2C service according to the present invention comprises: a service multi-channel unit which receives customer service feedback data from a customer in real time; a feedback analysis unit which analyzes qualitative data of the customer which are input to the service multi-channel unit in real time and profile data of the customer; a legacy unit which updates pre-stored data information with the qualitative service feedback data of the customer which is input from the service multi-channel unit and manages the qualitative service feedback data; a process mining unit which receives the qualitative service feedback data of the customer, which is analyzed by the feedback analysis unit, and infers a customer service process in real time; an integrated inference unit which analyzes the goodness of fit in the customer service process analyzed by the process mining unit and which infers and provides customized service elements corresponding to the customer service process. The integrated system for inferring customer feedback in B2C service and a method thereof according to the present invention are provided to construct a platform which continuously improves service quality by analyzing the customer feedback information and by optimizing a process in the B2C service industry and to improve the customer service quality by providing a customer with a tailored customer service.
