    • PURPOSE: A laver counting apparatus is provided to install the apparatus in between a laver roasting device and a laver packaging device to count the number of laver while laminating. CONSTITUTION: A laver counting apparatus(100) comprises a first aligning unit(110), a counting unit(120), a defect discharging unit(130), a second aligning unit(140), a loading unit(150), and a controller. The first aligning unit includes a transfer line and an alignment guide belt to transfer laver. The counting unit includes a right/left support plate for laminating the laver in a pre-fixed number. A defect discharging unit includes a transfer conveyor(132) driven by a second motor(131) to transfer the laver, a discharging plate, and a cylinder to move the discharging plate.

    • A counter for stacked cards is provided to implement accuracy in counting the cards by vertically reciprocating a card sensor to count the cards. A counter(100) for stacked cards includes a driving motor(120). A power transmission device is connected to the driving motor to transmit rotation of the driving motor. A transfer screw(140) rotates by receiving the rotation of the driving motor from the power transmission device. A lift(150) has a screw hole with a thread and is lifted according to the rotation of the transfer screw by screwing the transfer screw into the screw hole. A card sensor(160) is mounted on the lift and outputs a card number sensing signal based on a first control signal. A control unit outputs the first control signal to the card sensor, outputs a motor driving control signal to control the driving motor, and counts cards based on the card number sensing signal of the card sensor.

    • A counter is provided to count the cards made of a rigid material by preventing bending of the cards without respect to kinds of the materials and offer use convenience by easily arranging the cards before/after the cards are counted. A guide plate guides the cards between an input part(110) and a discharge part(120) to make the cards counted at a front side of a main frame transferred along a linear trajectory. The input part comprises a bottom side(111) having height lowered to a rear side based on the front side of the main frame to make the stacked cards easily arranged by gravity and a rear side(112) inclined to a rear direction of the main frame based on the bottom side of the input part. The output part comprises the bottom side(121) having the height lowered to the rear side based on the front side of the main frame to make the discharged cards easily arranged by the gravity and the rear side(122) included to the rear direction based on the bottom side of the discharge part.
