According to the couple matching method using a user grouping and a group selection proposed by the present invention, the matching server groups the users using the user information and, when the first user selects the second group, selects second user among the users in the second group, and matches the second user with the first user as a couple, and, therefore, the first user can be matched with the user in the desired group as a couple, and the user is entitled to select the counterpart, thereby improving participation and satisfaction of users. Also, according to the invention, since a matching opportunity enabling a matching with a user in a specific group is sold, user levels can be managed and the users are promoted to actively participate in the coupling matching, thereby improving profits by selling the matching opportunity.
