    • PURPOSE: A cooperative personal assistant system which execute as a proxy for service providing of third party task suppliers and a method according to the same are provided to simply fine a third party task server which provides a task corresponding to a user input. CONSTITUTION: A personal assistant (PA) server (310) comprises a personal context database (DB) (312), a chatting robot (316), a task deputizing DB (317), a natural language processing part (313), a context reasoning part (314), and a task deputizing agent (315). A user apparatus (320) comprises a personal assistant application and a movement operating system (324). A third party task server (340) comprises a query processing part and an action processing part. The context reasoning part analyzes a user input which is received with personal context information of a corresponding user and distinguishes a domain which provides a corresponding task. The task deputizing agent performs information which is extracted from the user input which is obtained using deduction or conversation and a task which is concreted with personal context of a user. The task deputizing DB stores registration information from multiple third party task servers.
