    • A holographic information recording/reproducing apparatus is provided to improve rotating efficiency in recording by making record intensity of a reference beam and a signal beam identical and to prevent the deterioration of reproducing signals in reproduction. A holographic information recording/reproducing apparatus comprises: an optical pickup system(100) irradiating a reference beam and a signal beam on a holographic information storage medium; and a write power control part(210) controlling the optical pickup system to make the write power of the signal beam and the reference beam identical. The optical pickup system comprises: an optical source part emitting the reference beam and the signal beam; a write power detecting unit detecting the optical power of the signal beam and the reference beam; an optical path guide unit guiding the reference beam and the signal beam, emitted in the optical source part, along the different optical path; and an objective lens optical system irradiating the reference beam and the signal beam on the holographic information storage medium.
