    • PURPOSE: A 3D projection screen material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to include long lasting life of a screen with excellent durability and to prevent dust from being generated in batting a fabric while not being damaged from batting impact. CONSTITUTION: A 3D projection screen material comprises a sheet and an opaque pigment. The sheet is comprised of thermoplastic polyurethane, metal powder, and polyurethane. The opaque pigment is mixed and is united to the sheet. The sheet in which the opaque pigment and the polyurethane are mixed is extruded by a second extruder on a rear surface of a material. One of an embossing sheet or the opaque pigment sheet is manufactured, and the rest is combined in extrusion. A regular embossing of 5-10 um sizes and an irregular embossing are formed in a surface of a polyurethane material so that 2D or 3D is implemented.     • PURPOSE: A front projection screen and a projection system with the same are provided to form a lens unit by using a black resin, thereby preventing the degradation of a contrast ratio caused by lights being incident to areas except for a reflecting surface. CONSTITUTION: A front projection screen comprises a base unit(110) and a fresnel lens unit(120). The fresnel lens unit comprises a reflecting surface and a non-reflecting surface diffusing and reflecting lights on one surface of the base unit. Fresnel lenses having a triangular cross section are arrayed into a concentric circle, thereby forming the fresnel lens unit. An inclined angle of the reflecting surface is varied by corresponding to a vertical distance between the center of the reflecting surface and a projector and a vertical viewing range.
