    • PURPOSE: An optical system for a see-through type head mounted display is provided to implement an ideal image to the human eyes. CONSTITUTION: An optical system (100) for a see-through type head mounted display includes a display element (110), a condensing lens (130), a semi-transparent mirror (150), and a partial reflective curved surface mirror (170). The display element emits light of an image. The semi-transparent mirror transmits a part of the light, which is positioned and collected in the front of a light progress direction of the display element, and reflects the remaining light. The partial reflective curved surface mirror is positioned at the front of a reflective light progress direction of the semi-transparent mirror. The partial reflective curved surface mirror transmits a part of the reflective light and reflects the remaining light. The condensing lens collects the light which is positioned and collected in the front of the light progress direction of the display element.

    • An optical scanning device and an image forming apparatus using the same are provided to obtain an image of high picture quality at a high speed. An image forming optical system(LB) includes at least one sheet of image forming optical element for forming an image on a target scan surface with respect to an optical flux deflected by a deflecting unit. At least one sheet of reflective optical element is disposed between the image forming optical element and the target scan surface. The deflected optical flux pass through the first and second transmissive surfaces of the image forming optical element, reflected by the reflective optical element, and then passes through the third and fourth transmissive surfaces of the image forming optical element. An aperture stop(2) restricts the light beam passing therethrough to shape the beam profile, a lens system(cylindrical lens)(4) has a predetermined power only in a sub-scan section.

    • PURPOSE: An optical scanning device is provided to minimize the number of components and reduce a manufacturing cost by forming the second optic system with a sheet of f-theta lens to form the laser beam as an optical spot. CONSTITUTION: An optical scanning device includes a light source(120), the first optic system, an optical deflector(128), and the second optic system(130). The light source(120) is used for radiating the optical flux. The first optic system enlarges and reduces the optical flux of the light source(120) to the predetermined position and the predetermined angle. The optical deflector(128) is used for deflecting the optical flux of the first optic system. The second optic system(130) corrects an error of the optical flux passing the optical deflector. The second optic system(130) includes a refraction/reflection lens portion to refract the optical flux two or more times.
