    • PURPOSE: A device for measuring neutron and gamma ray using single sensor is provided to enhance the reliability of signal detection by decreasing measuring error by glitch signals by arranging a digital filtering unit on a digital signal processing unit. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring neutron and gamma ray using single sensor comprises a PIN diode sensor(1), a current pulse detecting unit(2), a static current output unit(3), a signal processing unit(4), and a control unit(5). The PIN diode is used for measure radiation. The current pulse detecting unit detects pulse-type current due to ionization proportional to the energy of gamma rays using single PIN diode sensor. The static current output unit senses the voltage across the diode increasing due to current limit effect by the damage to a grating structure when forward static current is applied as the PIN diode sensor reacts with neutron.

    • An ionization chamber for detecting radiation is provided to measure radiation dose for a plurality of areas by arranging a plurality of signal electrodes inside the chamber. An ionization chamber for detecting radiation comprises as follows. A signal electrode(110) is arranged inside a case(120). The case equipped with a radiation incidence window(121) is filled with a gas ionized by radiation. A signal electrode connection unit(130) supplies voltage to the signal electrode to create an electric field between the signal electrode and the case. The ionization chamber further comprises a first support unit(150) supporting the signal electrode with a signal electrode supply unit(111), a second support unit(160) connected with the first support unit by a connection screw(170), and a gas supply unit interfacing with an external device.
