    • PURPOSE: A protein detection using probe for intrinsic fluorescence resonance energy transfer or an imaging microscope unit and protein detection using imaging method are provided to be needless of an artificial cover(fluorescence protein etc) in the target protein using an amino acid within a protein as a fluorescence donor. CONSTITUTION: A protein detection using probe for intrinsic fluorescence resonance energy transfer or an imaging microscope unit comprises an illuminating unit, objective lens(140), and a recognition unit(160). The iFRET probe is a combination of a molecule having the binding site or a specific binding site of a target protein and a fluorescence molecule having an acceptor of intrinsic fluorescence of a target protein through a linker or direct combination process. The light wavelength band irradiate a second light of wavelength hand having fluorescent molecule of probe for iFRET and a first light wavelength having an amino acid within the target protein. The objective lens let light irradiated from the light irradiating unit be an incidence to the sample(150) introduced with a probe of iFRET. The recognizing unit detects a first light signal generated from a probe for iFRET irradiating a first light wavelength band having amino acid within the target protein on a sample, and a second light signal generated from a probe of the iFRET irradiating a second light wavelength band having fluorescent molecule of probe for the iFRET.
