    • PURPOSE: A device for testing shear of soil is provided to shear one shear box, thereby conducting box shear test and simple shear test respectively or at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A device for testing shear of soil comprises a frame(110), a box shear testing unit, and a simple shear testing unit. The box shear testing unit comprises a conveying plate and a first driving motor(126). The first driving motor slide-transfers setting plate by being connected with one side of a transfer plate by a first road cell as a medium. The second driving motor is connected to the both side plate of the shear box, and rotates both side plates left and right. A box shear test or a simple shear test is conducted respectively or at the same time through the box shear testing unit and the simple shear testing unit.
