    • The present invention provides a device and a system for detecting pests, and a method for detecting damage by pests, so as to prevent damage to wooden buildings by pests. According to an aspect of the present invention, the device comprises a body part which has a stake shape extending in a particular direction and includes a plurality of holes separated by a wall which is formed along the particular direction and includes wooden materials which can be damaged by pests; and a sensor part which can be bonded to and dislodged from the top end portion of the body part. The sensor part comprises: a light emitting unit including at least one light emitting body that can emit light to at least one inside of the holes; a sensing unit that can sense the light emitted from at least one inside of the holes from the light emitting unit; and a detecting unit that outputs an optical signal received from the sensing unit in the form of an electrical signal.
