CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger for a vehicle comprises a first tank(111), a second tank(112), a third tank, and a fourth tank. Refrigerant flows through an inlet pipe(115) into the first tank. The refrigerant within the first tank flows through tubes(120) into the second tank. The third tank is connected to the second tank. The refrigerant flows through the tubes from the third tank into the fourth tank and then is discharged to outside through a discharge pipe. The internal width of the first, the third, and the fourth tank differs from one another by stepped inner surfaces of the first, the third, and the fourth tank.

    • PURPOSE: An integral heat exchanger is provided to increase speed of current of circulating medium by changing flowing passage of the medium. CONSTITUTION: A condenser tube(2) and an oil cooler tube(3) are arranged to be separated in horizontal direction. Same cooling fins(1) are layered on the condenser tube and the oil cooler tube. The tubes and the cooling fins are repeatedly layered in turns. The cooling fins, pipe type head and a head plate are inserted to the tubes, respectively. A side support is assembled and joined by blazing to modulize a heat exchanger. Air permeability is improved. Entrapment of impurities on the cooling fins is prevented. And reduction of heat transfer rate is minimized thereby.

    • A header of a high pressure heat exchanger is provided to withstand high pressure when using a high pressure heat exchanger or CO2 as heat exchange fluid by forming an inner header having same shape inside the header. A header of a high pressure heat exchanger comprises a header(10) and a partition. The header includes an inflow hole(30) on an outer circumferential surface so as to allow heat exchange fluid to be supplied in, and is coupled to a plate tube. The partition for converting direction of the heat exchange fluid is formed inside the header, and an inner header(40) coupled to the plate tube for performing heat exchange is assembled.

    • PURPOSE: A double heat exchanger with condenser and radiator is provided to prevent reduction of strength of a side plate and to reduce heat stress generated in tubes. CONSTITUTION: A double heat exchanger(100) includes a first core having a plurality of first tubes(111), through which first fluid flows, to perform heat exchange between the first fluid and air; both of first header tanks(113,114) placed at both of longitudinal ends of each of the first tubes to be fluidically connected with the first tubes; a second core having a plurality of second tubes, through which second fluid having temperature higher than that of the first fluid flows, and arranged in a line in an air flowing direction together with the first core to perform heat exchange between the second fluid and air; both of second header tanks placed at both of longitudinal ends of each of the second tubes to be fluidically connected with the second tubes; and a side plate(130) placed at one side of the first core and the second core to be connected with both of the first header tanks and both of the second header tanks at connection parts, extended in a direction parallel with the first tubes and the second tubes and having a flexible part(132) placed to be flexible at least at one side of the connecting part and a groove extending from one longitudinal end of the side plate to the flexible part in longitudinal direction of the side plate to separate the side plate from the one side of the connection parts so as to reinforce the first core and the second core.

    • 본 고안은 냉,난방기의 증발관 냉매공급구조에 관한 것으로,
      본 고안의 목적은 샤워기형태를 취하는 분배기를 각 증발관의 유입구와 연결하고, 증발관의 배출관은 라인배출형식을 취하도록하므로서, 중앙집중식으로 냉매의 일률적 공급, 귀환이 이루어지도록함은 물론 복잡한 배관을 단순화할 수 있는 냉난방기의 증발관 냉매공급구조를 제공함에 있다.
      상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안의 구체적인 수단으로는;
      다수개의 코일형 증발관이 열교환탱크로 내설고정되는 냉난방기에 있어서,
      다수개의 공급공을 갖는 샤워기형태를 취하는 분배기를 형성하여 외부 냉매공급관과 연결하고, 이 분배기의 각 공급공은 각 증발관의 유입구와 연결하며, 각 분배기의 배출구는 외부 귀환라인과 연결되는 라인봉에 의해 라인연결하므로서 중앙집중식으로 냉매의 공급귀환이 이루어지도록 한 냉난방기의 증발관 냉매공급구조를 구비하므로서 달성된다.
