    • A heat exchanger of the present invention includes a shell; a first pipe guiding first fluid to the inside of the shell; spiral pipe units where second fluid heat exchanged with the first fluid is penetrated through and a plurality of turn portions of which the distances to a central axis are identical are continuously wound; and a fluid discharge pipe through which the first fluid is discharged to the outside of the shell. The spiral pipe units are separately arranged in a direction orthogonal to the central axis. The first fluid is evenly heat exchanged with all of the spiral pipe units as the interval between the spiral pipe units are one and a half times to two and a half times of an interval between an inner wall of the shell and the spiral pipe unit closest to the inner wall of the shell so that the heat exchanger improves thermal efficiency and prevents the first fluid from being excessively bypassed between the shell and the spiral pipe unit closest to the inner wall of the shell.
