    • The present invention relates to an air conditioning system seasonally storing a heat medium (water) after cooling the heat medium using cold outdoor air in winter, and then cooling an indoor room by feeding cold air heat-exchanged with the heat medium having a certain temperature to a demander as necessary in order to perform eco-friendly cooling with economic benefits and greenhouse gas reduction by sharply reducing energy consumption, wherein the air conditioning system comprises: a storing chamber (1) having a space part therein; a cooling chamber (2) positioned in the storing chamber (1), having a space part therein, having a heat medium feeding unit feeding the heat medium on the space part, and having an air inflow unit which is fed with the outdoor air so as to store the heat medium after cooling the heat medium using the fed outdoor air; and a cold air feeding unit feeding air to the demander (3), wherein the air is cooled to a low temperature after being heat-exchanged with the heat of the heat medium stored and cooled in the cooling chamber (2).

A heat storage container includes a hot oil inlet pipe(30) mounted in a PCM(Phase Change Material) which is filled in the container and formed with outlets(32), auxiliary hot oil pipes(50) mounted in the container and connected to the hot oil pipe by passing the PCM and an opening/closing element such as an inner pipe(33) formed with outlets(35) for opening or closing the outlets of the hot oil pipe and the auxiliary hot oil pipes alternately, wherein the inner pipe is connected to a driving element(34) to be driven by the driving element to reciprocate for opening or closing the outlets of the hot oil inlet pipe and the auxiliary hot oil pipe.
