    • 본 고안은 냉각탑 에너지 회수장치에 관한 것이다. 냉각탑의 주요 소비에너지는 전기 와 물이며 이 중 냉각탑에서 증발되는 냉각수를 회수하기 위한 수증기 회수장치이다. 또한 냉각탑에서 대기로 배출되는 폐열을 회수하기 위한 장치이기도 하다.
      냉각탑의 토출부로 배출되는 공기는 열교환과 냉각수의 증발로 고온다습한 공기가 된다. 토출 공기에서 수증기와 폐열을 회수하기 위하여 냉각탑 내부 또는 외부에 열교환부를 설치하여 수증기 회수 및 폐열 회수가 가능하다.
      위 장치의 열교환부는 냉각탑의 토출 공기가 고온부로 흐르고 열회수 및 수증기회수를 위한 저온부는 보급수 또는 공급용수가 흐르게 한다. 고온부를 흐르는 고온다습한 공기를 냉각시키면 수증기가 응축되며 이를 이용하여 수증기회수가 가능하다. 또한 폐열회수장치로 사용하고자 한다면 보일러시스템과 같이 고온수가 필요한 장치의 공급용수를 1차 예열시키는 장치로 사용가능하다.

    • The present invention relates to a heating tower with a heat pump. The present invention comprises a case; a fan configured to take air through an inlet and to discharge the air through an outlet; an injection pipe for injecting cooling water; a filler for absorbing the injected cooling water; and a water collection tank for storing cooling water which is falling down. The present invention can be used as a heating tower instead of being simply used as a cooling tower as the heating tower with a heat pump uses waste heat in a compressor caused by the operation of a heat pump for a heat exchange cycle of the cooling tower when the heat pump carries out cooling and heating operations; and has high energy efficiency by carrying out heat exchange, except for the filler, using rainwater inside a rainwater discharge pipe, flowing into the case.

The housing is cooled by coming in touch with cooling air and stores the frozen cooling water. The filler disperses injected high temperature cooling water. The cooling water discharge line discharges the cooling water which is cooled by passing the filler to the outside of the housing. The liquid gas supply line supplies liquid gas to the housing. The heat exchange unit exchanges heat between the liquid gas and the cooling water. The evaporation gas exhaust line discharges evaporation gas to the outside of the housing.

The circulation module is installed outside the cooling tower and circulates water inside the cooling tower. The recovery pipe is connected to an inlet pipe of the inlet port and the circulation pump to suck vapor and mist obtained by mixing the vapor with the water generated in the cooling tower through the inlet port. The inlet pipe is connected to an inside of the cooling tower.

CONSTITUTION: A white plume preventing system comprises a first heat exchanger and a second heat exchanger(150). The first heat exchanger heat-exchanges circulating water, circulating along a fluid line, and driving hot water, flowing along a driving hot water line. The second heat exchanger is formed on the upper part of a cooling tower(10) and exchanges heat between circulating water and air discharged from the cooling tower in order to prevent white plume. The fluid line comprises a hot water tank connected to a bypass line including a flow path control valve. The hot water tank is connected to a make-up water tank through a make-up pipe and is connected to a water supply pipe. The hot water tank comprises a supplementary heat source which can heat the stored circulating water. The flow path control valve electrically connects to the controller through a cable, and the flow path control valve opens and closes a bypass line.

The surface temperature of the eliminator-like device is maintained to be below a dew point using the kinetic energy of the discharged air passing through a fan cylinder. The eliminator-like device has a hollowed double plate structure, an outdoor-air intake part is formed on the front end of the eliminator-like device and a discharge duct is installed on its rear end. The discharge part of the eliminator-like device is connected to the fan cylinder.
