    • PURPOSE: To eliminate heat ununiformity in a coating apparatus by which a powder coating is baked and dried by a high frequency induction coil. CONSTITUTION: Two high frequency induction coils 51 and 51' independent from each other are arranged facing each other across a transfer passage of a hanger 5 and the distance between the coils 51, 51' and a material to be coated is controlled by moving a coil case 52 housing the coils 51 and 51' with a stepping motor 50. The control data of the control items such as the heating time by the coils 51 and 51' and the like is recorded in SID-TAG 88 in every hangers 5 and the coating of the material 3 to be applied on the hanger 5 is automatically controlled according to the control data. Then, the baking and drying are performed at a uniform temperature without the occurrence of the partial difference in the intensity of high frequency induction because bending parts in the high frequency induction coil are not formed. The control of the temperature or the like is automatically carried out in every material 3 to be coated, which is made as the unit of the hanger 5.

An apparatus for drying sludge contains a drying room(A) having an input conveyer(105) for transporting and injecting the sludge and an exhaust conveyor(110) ejecting the dried sludge and containing a multi-stage conveyor(115) including a case(112) in which a space is formed and moving the sludge inside the case, an air heating part(B) supplying air heated by a heating coil(117) by a fan(120) to the sludge moved by the conveyor, a dehumidification part(C) dehumidifying the sludge by being passed through damp air and supplying to the dried and dehumidified air to the air heating part and a heat pump(D) heat-exchanging the cooled refrigerant supplied to the dehumidification part and the damp air.
