    • A heat radiant structure of a condenser for a refrigerator is provided to improve the heat radiation efficiency of the condenser noticeably through heat exchange in the air and water cooling manner by placing the lower part of the condenser in a condensed water pan and mounting a fan motor assembly beside the condenser. A heat radiant structure of a condenser for a refrigerator includes a compressor mounted in a mechanical chamber(400) formed at a side in a main body, a condenser(440) for condensing refrigerant compressed by the compressor, a condensed water pan(480) mounted on a bottom surface of the mechanical chamber for collecting condensed water, and a fan motor assembly(360) mounted at a side of the compressor for blowing air to the condenser for the heat radiation of the condenser. The compressor is partially put in the condensed water pan and the condenser is received at the entire lower part in the condensed water pan via an opened top part thereof.

    • A refrigerator is provided to concentrate air blown by a cooling fan to a condenser since the four sides of the condenser that are spaced from the bottom of a defrost water tray are sealed by an air guide. A condenser and a cooling fan for cooling the condenser are disposed inside a machine room in the longitudinal direction of the machine room, wherein the condenser is positioned on a defrost water tray(50), which collects water resulted from defrost of an evaporator, spaced from the bottom(51) of the defrost water tray. An air guide(80) is provided for sealing a side of the condenser, so that the air blown to the condenser side by the cooling fan can be concentrated to the condenser. The air guide comprises a first guide(81) sealing a gap between the upper and the lateral sides of the condenser and the inner wall of the machine room, and a second air guide(82) sealing a gap between the lower side of the condenser and the bottom of the defrost water tray.

    • PURPOSE: A refrigerator is provided to easily drain defrost water falling from an evaporator with defrost water generated in a refrigerant pipe. CONSTITUTION: An evaporator(21) is installed inside a main body(10) for supplying cold air into a storage compartment(11). A first defrost water container(31) is installed under the evaporator to drain defrost water generated in the evaporator, having a waterway. A second defrost water container(33) is installed under a refrigerant pipe(36) connected with the evaporator and the waterway of the first defrost water container to guide the defrost water generated in the refrigerant pipe and the defrost water drained through the waterway of the first defrost water container, having a waterway connected with a drainage guide pipe(35) at one side.
