CONSTITUTION: An ice making machine comprises a main body, an evaporating pipe(53), a base frame(51), a refrigerating plate(52) and a bubble remover(60). The evaporating pipe is connected with a freezing system. The base frame has many ice making grooves(54) to be filled with ice making water. The refrigerating plate is installed in the evaporating plate(52) and equipped with refrigerating protrusions(59) to be submerged in the ice making water in each ice making grooves. The bubble remover removes bubbles inside the ice making water by shaking the base frame. The bubble remover contains a supporting frame(61), a spring and a pressurizing device(63). The supporting frame supports the base frame to be shaken. The spring is included between the base frame and the supporting frame. The pressurizing device pressurizes the base frame alternatively. The ice making water inside the ice making grooves is alternatively spread on the refrigerating protrusions by shaking the base frame through the elastic recovery force of the spring and the pressurizing force of the pressurizing device. Thereby, the supplied amount of the ice making water and the waste of refrigerating heat in refrigerating protrusions are reduced.
