    • PURPOSE: An apparatus for heating a condenser for recovering severe cold is provided to simplify setting of operational conditions such as refrigerant pressure for forming a normal refrigerating cycle in spite of severe cold, thereby improving the reliability and practicality of an air conditioner. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for heating a condenser for recovering severe cold includes a safety valve(8) for discharging refrigerant outside when the refrigerant is abnormally in high pressure, a dryer(9) for removing humidity from liquid refrigerant, a fluoroscope(10) for visually checking a state of the liquid refrigerant, an accumulator(5) for preventing introduction of the liquid refrigerant into a compressor, blowers(B0,B1) for blowing air into indoor and outdoor units(Uo,Ui), a heater(16) for transmitting heat to a condenser(2) and including heating fins fitted between fins of the condenser and a heater thermal line mounted at a lower part of the condenser, a control part(20) for controlling a refrigerating cycle by leading a surface temperature of the compressor to a setting value of a temperature switch(22) with low and high pressure temperature control switches(23,24) when an ambient temperature is below -30°C, and a control panel(21) for setting a refrigerating mode of an air conditioner by manipulation.

    • PURPOSE: A heat pump system is provided to carry out proper heating even when a fan coil unit is used for a using heat exchanger, since the temperature of heating circulation water is raised by heating medium heated by hot water for hot water supply. CONSTITUTION: A heat pump system includes a basic freezing circuit, a condensing unit(20), a heating medium heating circuit(28), a storage tank, and a heating unit. In the basic freezing circuit, a 4-way valve and a compressor are connected to each other by a suction conduit. In the condensing unit, a first condenser(22) is mounted to a bypass conduit between the compressor and the 4-way valve, and second condensers(24,25) are mounted to the bypass tube around a receiver tank. A conduit(8) and a bypass conduit(21) are mounted with valves(27,26), so that the condenser unit operates alternatively or simultaneously with the basic freezing circuit. In the heating circuit, a heat medium heating heat exchanger(29), a heating heat exchanger(30), and a preheating heat exchanger(31) in a closed loop shape by a circulation conduit(32) mounted with a circulation pump(33), wherein the heat medium heating heat exchanger exchanges heat with the first condenser. The heating unit is formed of a heating tub(36), and a using heat exchanger(37) connected to the heating tub by a circulation conduit(38) in a closed loop shape. Solenoid valves(40,40') are mounted at both sides of the receiver tank for controlling an indoor heat exchanger(4) by room temperature.
