    • PURPOSE: A floating double pipe suction apparatus for a heat storage tank is provided to discharge district heating water to the outside without thermal loss by installing a double hinge pipe. CONSTITUTION: A floating double pipe suction apparatus comprises a pontoon(100), a double suction pipe(200), and a double hinge pipe. A space is formed in the pontoon, and the pontoon generates buoyancy to be placed on a boundary layer of a water surface. The pontoon is connected to one end of the suction pipe, and an air layer is formed inside the suction pipe. The double suction pipe sucks high temperature water from the boundary layer of the water surface. The other end of the double suction pipe is connected to one end of a double hinge pipe, and the other end of the double hinge pipe is fixed to the upper part of the side wall of a heat storage tank. The double hinge pipe rotates the pontoon and double suction pipe so that the angle of the double hinge pipe is varied according a water level.

      본 발명은 온수 분배기의 바이패스관을 통하여 유입되는 유체가 일정 토출압이 작용될 때만 개구토록 되어 보일러에 작용되는 부하를 방지토록 한 밸브에 관한 것이다.
      나. 발명이 해결하려는 기술적 과제.
      현재 각 실내의 균일한 온도 유지를 위해서는 온수 분배기의 회수분배관에 자동온도조절밸브를 각각 장착하여 각 실내의 난방 후 회수되어지는 물의 온도에 따라 장착된 자동온도조절밸브의 개폐가 각각 다르게 작동토록 함으로서 이루어지도록 하고 있으나, 이때 각 분배관에 장착된 자동온도조절밸브가 모두 차단되어 물이 정체될 경우에도 보일러의 순환모터는 계속 가동되기 때문에 온수를 공급하는 공급분배관과 보일러의 유출관 사이에는 상당한 압이 차게 되는 것이다.
      따라서 이러한 압은 보일러의 가장 약한 부분에 작용되어 보일러의 손상을 초래하는 문제점이 있다.
      다. 발명의 해결방법의 요지.
      따라서 본 발명은 온수 분배기의 공급분배관에 바이패스관을 설치하여 회수분배관에 장착되는 온도조절밸브가 모두 차단되어 부압이 발생될 경우 바이패스관에 작용되는 수압에 의하여 개구되어지는 밸브를 제공하여 물의 순환이 가능토록 함으로서 상기한 문제를 해결할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
