    • A boiler for reducing pollutants combined with combustion and heat exchange is provided to enhance performance of the boiler by delaying combustion gas and increasing a heat-transferring area by arranging vertical and horizontal plates in the boiler. A boiler for reducing pollutants combined with combustion and heat exchange includes a body(32), a combustion gas guide groove(38), a pipe(48), supplying nozzles(50), and an ignition member(52). A combustion room(34) is formed at one side of the body and a combustion gas exhaust hole(36) is formed at the other side of the body. The combustion gas guide groove is formed along an inner peripheral surface of the combustion room to circularly exhaust combustion gas. The pipe is formed inside a wall surface(46) of the body to longitudinally move heating water along the body. The supplying nozzles are coupled with an upper end of the body to be connected to the combustion room and injects a mixture of fuel and air from a side of the combustion room. The ignition member is coupled with an upper surface of the body to be connected to the combustion room.

    • PURPOSE: A hot air and hot water boiler is provided to improve combustion efficiency and heat exchange efficiency by heating air passing through a heat transfer pipe with combustion heat generating in combustion. CONSTITUTION: A hot air and hot water boiler comprises a hydrolyzing and supplying unit(30), first, second, third, and fourth re-combustion units(40,60,70,90), and a magnetic field generating unit(80). The hydrolyzing and supplying unit separates a small amount of supplied water to hydrogen molecules and oxygen molecules by combustion heat. Electromagnets(81) of the magnetic field generating unit generate strong magnetic fields. Impact delivered from the magnetic fields is applied to solid fuel and water elements so that the water can be easily separated to molecules and the elements of the solid fuel is easily degraded, thereby being activated combustion. The first, second, third, and fourth re-combustion units temporarily stores the combustion heat to re-combust incomplete combustion gas.

    • The present invention a hot-air blower which is to maximize heat efficiency by allowing combustion gas to stay inside the hot-air blower for a long time and which is to increase temperature inside the hot-air blower by increasing the temperature of air supplied by a blower, wherein the combustion gas flowing into a combustion chamber with a partition is combusted backwards while moving downwards, touches the bottom of the combustion chamber, and then is combusted while moving upwards so that the stay time of the combustion gas inside the hot-air blower can be increased; and the air supplied by the blower receives heat from the combustion gas so that the temperature of the air can be increased. According to the present invention, a hot-air blower has a structure for sufficiently securing the heating time of air and for sufficiently securing a contact surface between the air and combustion gas simultaneously so that temperature inside the hot-air blower can reach appropriate temperature in a short time even if the amount of fuel to be supplied to the hot-air blower is small; and a blower installed at the hot-air blower injects the air into the hot-air blower so that the air can be converted into hot air available while flowing backwards, heat loss can be reduced, and, as a result, efficiency can be improved.

A cylindrical unit(65) is formed on an upper part of the outer circumference of the flange unit. The flange unit is fixed to the upper wall surface of the exhaust hood and an opening unit of the air outlet by the upper end of the cylindrical unit. A plurality of ventilation holes(66) in which the combusting gas passes is formed with a gap to the circumference direction.

      이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명은 내측 하부에 버너가 구비되는 연소실과 상기 연소실의 상측 수직방향으로 설치되는 다수개의 연관과 상기 연소실 및 상기 연관의 둘레에 형성되는 수조로 구성되는 현열부 열교환기, 상기 연관과 소통되는 회류실과 상기 회류실의 외측둘레를 따라 설치되는 수관과 상기 회류실 내로 유입된 배기가스가 이송되고 상기 수관이 내설되는 이송통로로 구성되는 잠열부 열교환기, 상기 잠열부 열교환기의 외면에 설치되는 연도를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘덴싱 기름보일러를 제공하여 현열부 열교환기와 잠열부 열교환기가 종방향으로 설치되는 입형구조이므로 제작이 간편하고 소형화 가능하여 보일러 설치면적을 작게할 수 있는 발명임.
