This design reduces the amount of turbulent eddies in the pipe system, which helps to achieve a more homogenous flow of coal in a carrier gas and the efficient and complete combustion of coal in a carrier gas within the furnace burner (32).

    • The present invention relates to an eco-friendly wood pellet heating apparatus being installed in a house, a stall, or a greenhouse and heating indoors, and, more specifically, to the heating apparatus sharply reducing heating costs, easily controlling the feeding amount of fuel, maximizing heating power with air flowing from various directions, and widening a heating space by using the fuel for heating after forming pellets such as wood, chaff, dried fruit peels, or fowl droppings into the fuel. The heating apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a hopper having a fuel check window at an outer circumference thereof and being formed into a funnel which becomes narrower to a bottom thereof; a connecting pipe being connected to the bottom of the hopper and having a diagonal guide plate inside the same, wherein the guide plate is downwardly tilted; a feeding pipe being connected to the bottom of the connecting pipe to be diagonally tilted and having a second air inlet at an outer circumference thereof; a combustion chamber being connected to the bottom of the feeding pipe to be parallel to the ground, having a blower at one end thereof, having a flame port at an outer circumference thereof, and a combustion chamber inside the same, wherein the blower communicates with a first air inlet; a stovepipe being connected to the other end of the combustion pipe; and an ash tray drawer being installed at the bottom of the stovepipe.

      따라서, 이음부의 부직포 및 하부측에서 누출된 질소가스의 흐름에 의한 영향으로 분체원료가 이음부에서 적체되던 현상을 근본적으로 방지시키게 되므로, 적체되는 분체원료를 별도로 제거시키기 위한 노력이 불필요하도록 하고, 해당 공정의 안정성과 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
