CONSTITUTION: An MRFC solid fuel nozzle tip(12) is for minimizing a speed area of recirculation which is low and negative of an exit plane of the MRFC solid fuel nozzle tip(12), also for reducing a usable deposition surface of the MRFC solid fuel nozzle tip(12), and is operated to change the solid fuel nozzle/the nozzle tip(12) so hot solid fuel particle material as to be deposited on the surface of the usable deposited plate of the MRFC solid fuel nozzle tip(12). The MRFC solid fuel nozzle tip(12) is composed of: a fuel air cover(46), a main air cover(48) positioned in the fuel air cover(46), a fuel air cover supporter(50) to be operated to support the main air cover(48) for the fuel air cover(46), a splitter plate(52) equipped supported in the main air cover(48).

    • A burner structure is provided to independently adjust the amount of air according to air supply systems by separating a secondary air supply system from a cooling air supply system. A burner structure comprises a fuel mixing system, a secondary air system and a cooling air system. The fuel mixing system including a dust coal mixing path(11) is disposed in the center of a burner(10A) to mix fuel with primary air. The secondary air system including a secondary air path(12) is disposed at an outer circumference of the fuel mixing system. The cooling air system including a cooling air path(13) is disposed at an outer circumference or upper/lower sides of the second air system. A nozzle body(17) is installed at a fuel side of the fuel mixing system and the secondary air system. The nozzle body is provided at a front end with a flame holder(16). A cooling air nozzle(18) is installed at a fuel side of the cooling air system.

    • A nozzle for feeding combustion maintaining medium into a furnace at high temperature conditions includes a nozzle tip, at least partly protruding into the furnace, and a feeding mechanism for feeding the combustion medium from a source of the medium to the nozzle tip. The nozzle tip includes a mainly open ended outer shell, an air cooling zone, a shroud, and an air channel. The outer shell includes a first end wall portion in flow connection with the feeding mechanism and a second end wall portion protruding into the furnace. The cooling zone is formed on the interior side of at least a portion of the second end wall portion of the outer shell, by providing an air flow along the interior side. The shroud includes a shroud wall portion disposed to cover at least a portion of the first end wall portion of the outer shell. The shroud channel is formed between the shroud wall portion of the shroud and the first end wall portion of the outer shell, for discharging from the shroud channel an air shroud flow along the exterior side of the second end wall portion of the outer shell.
