    • PURPOSE: A boiler with a damper opened and closed automatically is provided to prevent unnecessary fuel consumption by maintaining the damper closed against negative pressure. CONSTITUTION: A boiler(100) comprises a boiler body(110), a blower(130), a damper(140), a temperature sensor(150), a damper driving motor(170), and a control unit(180). The boiler body has a combustion chamber(111) in which solid fuel is burned and a flue(113) for discharging the exhaust gas from the combustion chamber. The blower is installed on one side of the boiler body and supplies air current to the combustion chamber. The damper is coupled to an end of a blow pipe(131) of the blower by a hinge and opened and closed. The temperature sensor is installed in the blower and detects the temperature of the combustion chamber. The damper driving motor opens and closes the damper. The control unit controls the damper driving motor to close the blow pipe when the temperature detected by the temperature sensor is equal to or greater than a reference temperature.     • 실내의 온도를 검출하여 검출된 온도가 미리 설정한 온도가 될 때 사용자에게 연료를 보충할 시점이라는 것을 인식시킬 수 있도록 함으로써 적절한 시점에서 연료를 보충하여 원하는 화력을 지속적으로 유지할 수 있으며, 연료 보충시 발생하는 유해가스 및 연기가 실내로 배출되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 음성안내기능이 구비된 난로를 개시한다.
      본 고안은, 내부에 연소실이 형성된 난로본체와, 상기 연소실 하부에 구비되어 연료가 놓여지는 연소판과, 난로본체의 상부에 구비된 연통을 구비하는 난로에 있어서, 상기 난로본체의 콘트롤판넬에 설치되어 실내의 온도를 검출하는 온도센서; 상기 난로본체의 콘트롤판넬에 구비된 스피커; 및 음성을 저장하기 위한 음성메모리부와, 상기 온도센서로부터 검출된 온도를 미리 설정한 기준온도와 비교하여 검출된 온도가 기준온도에 도달할 때, 상기 음성메모리부에 미리 저장된 음성을 스피커를 통해 안내하는 제어부를 구비하여 상기 콘트롤판넬에 설치된 제어박스로 구성된다. 또한 상기 난로본체의 바닥을 관통하고 연소실 내의 일측벽에 근접하여 바닥으로부터 일정높이 설치된 배기관과, 상기 배기관의 하단에 설치되어 연소실 내의 연기를 연통으로 유도하여 강제 배출시키는 송풍기를 설치하며, 상기 송풍기는 난로본체에 구비된 환기 스위치에 의해 구동되도록 한 구성이다.

The inlet hole and the outlet hole of heating water are bored on the center portions on the both sides of the rotary heating tank and welded with a rotary shaft(6). The rotary shaft is made of pipes for the flow of water to the heating tank. The flue unit is fixed with the rotary shaft by a bearing and a bearing housing. The fixed brush removes dust on the surface of the rotary tank.
