    • PURPOSE: An internal circulating fluidized bed incinerator is provided to achieve improved combustion efficiency by allowing for smoothness of circulation of fluid sand. CONSTITUTION: An internal circulating fluidized bed incinerator comprises a free board reactor(13) arranged in an upper portion(21) of a recess formed at the intermediate portion of an incinerator and which receives a refuse derived fuel and air; a fluidized bed reactor arranged in a lower portion(22) of the recess; an incineration portion(25) formed inside of a partition wall arranged in the fluidized bed reactor; a heat recovery portion(31) formed outside of the partition wall and which includes a heat transfer tube(32) for heat recovery; and a wind box for guiding the refuse derived fuel and fluid sand existing in the fluidized bed reactor to form a fluidized bed and circulate, by controlling the amount of air being supplied to the incineration portion and the heat recovery portion.
