CONSTITUTION: A water-tube boiler (1) includes an outer case (2), a water supply pipe (5), a water distribution pipe (6), a plurality of heat exchange pipes (7), and a combustion chamber (3). The outer case is formed into a prefabricated type. A primary water chamber pipe is formed above the combustion chamber. The heat exchange pipes are installed above the primary water chamber pipe. The heat exchange pipes are connected to secondary water chamber pipes respectively. A third water chamber pipe is formed above the secondary water chamber pipe. Water is supplied to the third water chamber pipe through the water supply pipe, flows in the heat exchange pipes via the water distribution pipe, and is discharged through an outlet. A combustion heat source, which is generated in the combustion chamber, flows zigzag by a waste gas director plate (14) via a primary heat collection chamber (13) and transmits the heat to the heat exchange pipe. The combustion heat source heats the secondary water chamber pipe and the third water chamber pipe after passing through a secondary heat collection chamber (16) and becomes exhausted through a duct (22) installed on the top of the boiler finally.

The low pressure low NOx burner is installed in the burner installation port and includes one or more air supply ports, and a dispersing guide port is formed in a part of the air supply port toward an inner direction of the combustion chamber. The waste heat recovering device is formed in the other side of the boiler body to be detachable and recovers waste heat by a heat exchange between exhaust gas discharged through the ventilation port and fluid supplied from the lower water chamber.

The inner and outer pipes are vertically formed above the combustion chamber. Waste gas which is changed from the steam flows on the guide plates. The waste gas passage and the waste gas outlet are connected with each other. The steam chamber includes a waste heat collector(31), a hot water passage(32), steam guide plates(35), and a steam outlet(33). The waste heat collector is connected with the dual heat exchange pipe.
