A cylinder(7) is arranged in the outer surface of the rotary shaft. The drum rotates with the rotary shaft. A spiral valley(31) is formed in the outer surface of the drum. A transfer device(4) moves to the longitudinal direction of the drum. A frequency heat processor(5) is fixed in an upper surface of the transfer device to move with the transfer device. The controller controls the rotation speed of the driver, the moving speed of the transfer device, and the operation of the frequency heat processor.
