    • PURPOSE: A geothermal pipe integrated with a thermal insulation material produced by recycling waste tires and a manufacturing device thereof are provided to enhance the durability, which is a material property of rubber, and the insulative effects by using foam rubber recycled from waste tires and to reduce damage to a geothermal pipe. CONSTITUTION: A geothermal pipe(50) integrated with a thermal insulation material produced by recycling waste tires comprises a rubber-foamed insulation material. Regenerated rubber is pyrolyzed and extracted from waste tires and a foaming agent is added and foamed so that a rubber-foamed insulation material is manufactured. The rubber-foamed insulation material is laminated on the internal and external surfaces of a geothermal pipe. The regenerated rubber is natural rubber generated by pyrolyzing the waste tires at 280 to 340°C, styrene butadiene rubber, and/or butadiene rubber.

The invention is characterized in that at least part of the component consists of a material that has a lower thermal conductivity than the adjoining parts, thereby creating an insulating part (22), and in that at least part of said insulating part lies inside the leadthrough zone (18).
