    • PURPOSE: A rotary direction control valve is provided to enable size reduction of the valve, to improve airtightness, to reduce generation of heat caused by an exciting current, and to prevent hardening of an actuating fluid caused by overheating by the exciting current. CONSTITUTION: A rotary direction control valve comprises a manifold block(30), a piston(50), a rotational drive mechanism(70) for pressing rotational force to the piston; and a position detection unit for detecting the conversion position of the piston. In the manifold block, a piston insertion hole(31) is formed between a service port(32) and inlet and outlet ports(33,34). The service port and the inlet and outlet ports are formed in a deviated state at a half-pitch in the axial direction. Return ports(35,36) corresponding to the inlet and outlet ports in the axial direction are formed at a predetermined angle with the inlet and outlet ports in the circumferential direction. The piston is inserted and rotated in the piston insertion hole of the manifold block. The piston has plural slant passages(52,54). One end of the slant passages alternately corresponds with the service port and the other end of the slant face corresponding with the service port corresponds to the inlet and outlet ports. Plural incision passages(56,58) are formed to the outer peripheral surface of the piston at the same angle as the angle formed by the return ports and the inlet and outlet ports.

    • PURPOSE: An electronic pilot valve is provided to decrease the length of the piston by restricting the piston from being inclined with the simple structure, and to operate the main valve through manual operation by transmitting motion of the manual operator to the piston and the main valve. CONSTITUTION: A baffle(36) is formed between a piston chamber(15) and a manual operator chamber(31), and a guide hole(36) is formed in the baffle. A guide projection part(33) is formed at the left side of a piston(40), and inserted to the guide hole. A manual operator has an inclined surface, and reciprocates in the manual operator chamber. The inclined surface of the manual operator is contacted to an inclined part(37) of the guide projection part by the manual operation of the manual operator to operate the piston and the main valve.
