    • The present invention relates to a breaker line return oil temperature control device for an excavator. The present invention includes a pressure oil tank; a temperature sensor which is attached to the pressure oil tank and detects the appropriate return temperature of return oil; an oil cooler which is placed on one side of the pressure oil tank; a main pump which is placed on one side of the oil cooler and discharges return oil from the pressure oil tank; a breaker which operates by receiving return oil through the main pump; a main control valve which is placed between the main pump and the breaker; a proportional control spool valve which is linked to the pressure oil tank and controls return oil to pass through the oil cooler and flow into the pressure oil tank; a one or two way change spool valve which changes the flow direction of return oil toward the oil cooler under the control of the proportional control spool valve. As a result, the durability and the performance of the breaker can be improved.

CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic fluid cooling apparatus of a hydraulic mounting device for an overhead traveling crane comprises an installation frame(2), a motor, a cooling fan, an oil tank(5), a hydraulic cylinder(6), and a temperature sensor. The installation frame is installed between a bracket(B) and a main body(M) of a hydraulic mounting device(T) mounted on a girder of an overhead traveling crane, and has multiple intake holes(1). The cooling fan and multiple heat exchange pipes are installed inside the installation frame. The heat exchange pipes cool the hydraulic fluid by heat exchanging with outdoor air flowing from the cooling fan. The temperature sensor detects the temperature of the hydraulic fluid.

The power supply for fan speed control supplies power source to the heat exchanger. The computer automatically turns on and off the heat exchanger and controls the temperature of working fluid by the heat exchanger.
