A position deciding structure of the power transmission mechanism is composed of a bearing position deciding unit deciding the position of a pulley bearing(57) around the thrust direction of the rotating shaft, and a bracket position deciding unit deciding the position of the stator bracket around the thrust direction.

    • A swash plate type compressor includes a driving shaft, a swash plate, a piston, a cylinder block, a housing, a cylinder bore, a compressing chamber, an absorbing chamber, a discharging chamber, and first and second thrust bearings. The cylinder bore is formed inside the cylinder block and accommodates the piston interfaced with the swash plate mounted on the driving shaft. The compressing chamber is divided by the piston in the cylinder bore and can be in communication with the absorbing chamber and the discharging chamber formed inside the housing. The first and second thrust bearings are disposed at both sides, respectively, of the swash plate facing each other. The driving shaft extends by penetrating the cylinder block and is supported by the first and second thrust bearings in a thrust direction. One of the first and second thrust bearings is disposed outside the cylinder block and between the housing and the driving shaft.

    • 본 고안은 고압발생 장치를 구비한 유압장치에 관한 것으로, 다수의 피스톤을 경사캠에 의하여 차례로 작동시켜서 유압을 발생시키는 피스톤 펌프식 유압장치에서 고압이 필요한 경우에 고압발생장치내의 유로를 변경하여 용이하게 고압이 발생토록 하는 것이다.
      본 고안은 방사상으로 배열되는 다수개의 피스톤과 흡입실이 형성된 실린더 블록을 구비하는 피스톤 펌프식 유압장치에서, 상기 흡입실들을 연결하는 유로들이 2개의 그룹으로 분리되며, 각 그룹간을 연결하는 유로에는 유로차단수단이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 또한 상기 그룹중에 한 그룹에는 배출관이 연결되고 다른 그룹에는 누출 조절 수단(유량 및 압력)을 통하여 누출관으로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 또한 각 흡입실내에는 흡입관과 흡입관 개폐수단이 설치되고, 각 흡입실과 연결된 유로에는 유로개폐수단이 구비된다. 이러한 구성의 본 고안은 고압이 필요한 경우에 상기 누출 조절 수단을 이용하여 유로차단수단을 동작시켜서 상기 그룹중 한 그룹의 유로를 폐쇄시켜서 고압이 발생토록 하는 것이다.
