The collecting window has an opening formed at one side thereof and collects wind through the opening. The path increases the velocity of the wind collected through the collecting window according to the principles of orifice. The body surrounds a blade such that the wind induced through the path acts on the blade to rotate the blade in a specific direction. The discharging window discharges the wind flowing into the body. The damper is located in the opening of the collecting window and controls the amount of the wind and the collecting direction of the wind.
