    • 본발명에의하면, 유체가저장되는저수조, 저수조에격벽을통해구분되며저수조에투입될부력체가공급되는공간인이동공간, 이동공간의하측으로부터격벽의하측형성되는부력체가투입되는경로인투입구및 저수조의하측에위치되며투입구로부터투입된부력체가투입되는공간인투입공간을가지는부력을이용한동력구동장치에있어서, 이동공간의하측부에위치되고외부의동력수단으로부터공급되는동력을이용하여부력체를저수조의투입구에일정간격으로투입시키는투입부; 저수조에위치되어투입구에투입된부력체에밀착되어저수조의상측으로상승하려는부력체의부력에의해궤도회전하는회전부; 저수조의투입공간에위치되어회전부로부터회전력을전달받아동작하며부력체의투입시저수조의유체가투입구측으로유입되는것을차단하여투입공간에투입되는부력체에수압저항이작용하는것을방지하는수압차단부; 격벽의상측에위치되어회전부로부터회전력을전달받아궤도회전하며저수조의상측으로상승한부력체를이동공간측으로회수하는회수부; 및이동공간에위치되어회전부로부터회전력을전달받아궤도회전하며회수부에회수된부력체가저수조로재투입되도록이동공간의하측부에공급하는공급부를포함하는부력을이용한동력구동장치가제공된다. 또한, 상기동력구동장치는, 이동공간의하측부에위치되고회전부의회전량이일정량을초과하는경우에만공급부를통하여회전부의회전력을전달받아궤도회전되어이동공간의하측부에공급된부력체를저수조의투입구에일정간격으로투입시키는동력변환투입부와; 회전부의회전량을센싱하여회전부가일정한회전량을초과하지못하면투입부를통하여투입되는부력체에의해회전부가회전되도록하고회전부가일정한회전량을초과하면투입부의동작을차단하고공회전되는회전부의회전력을전달받아궤도회전되는동력변환투입부를통하여투입되는부력체에의해회전부가공회전되도록하는제어부를더 포함하며, 제어부는, 초기동작시동력수단으로부터동력을전달받도록동작되는투입부를통하여부력체가투입공간으로연속적으로공급되도록하여회전부의회전을이용한토크의발생을가능하도록하는동력사용모드의제어와; 동력사용모드의제어를통하여회전부가일정한회전량을초과하게되면동력수단으로부터투입부로전달되는동력을차단하고동력변환투입부를통하여회전부의회전력이투입부에전달되도록하여공회전되는회전부의회전을이용한토크의발생을가능하도록하는공회전사용모드의제어가, 일정한간격을가지면서교번수행되도록하는것이바람직하다.

    • A hydroelectric system is provided to allow the direction of vanes connected to connectors to be controlled by a rotation stopper reciprocating by a push rod installed at a spring and a rail. A hydroelectric system comprises a plurality of vanes(2) installed at a rail(1) and connectors for connecting the vanes with the rail. A generator generates electric power by torque of the vanes. The rotation stopper includes a rotary container(23) and protrusions(25). The rotary container is inserted into an axial rod(21) of the vane while being elastically supported by a spring(22). The protrusions are inserted into guide grooves(24) in the rotary container and moves along the guide grooves by vertical movement of the rotary container to rotate the axial rod. The protrusions are elastically protruded by a spring(251).

    • An apparatus using low speed hydraulic power is provided to efficiently generate energy by converting movement of resistance plates into rotating force. An apparatus using low speed hydraulic power comprises a pair of conveyor rollers(5), a conveyor belt(1), an accelerator(4) and a generator(11). A plurality of resistance plates(6,8,9) are mounted on the conveyor belt. A chain belt(3) is connected with one of the conveyor rollers. A coupling(12) is connected with the accelerator. The resistance plates move at an angle of 90° by gravity and water. As water pushes the resistance plates attached to the conveyor belt, the conveyor belt moves. As the conveyor belt moves, the conveyor rollers rotate, so that the chain belt moves and thus the accelerator rotates. As the accelerator rotates, the coupling connected with the accelerator rotates, so that the generator rotates to generate electric energy.
