    • 본발명의일실시예에따른유기랭킨사이클의작동유체주입/회수장치는, 작동유체에고열원으로부터열을공급하여증발시키는증발기, 양단부에각각차단밸브가구비되며상기증발기에서증발된작동유체가고압으로분사되어열에너지가운동에너지로변환되며일을생산하는터빈, 상기터빈에서일을생산한작동유체의열이저열원으로방출되는응축기, 상기작동유체를등엔트로피상태로압축시키며, 흡입부측에드레인포트가연결되는펌프를포함하는유기랭킨사이클시스템; 일단부가상기드레인포트에연결되는냉매주입유로; 상기냉매주입유로의타단부에결합되는매니폴드를통하여병렬로결합되는다수개의냉매봄베; 상기각 냉매봄베에압축공기를공급하는압축공기주입기; 및일단부가상기유기랭킨사이클시스템일측에연결되는진공펌프;를포함하는것을특징으로한다. 본발명에따르면, 유기랭킨사이클시스템의초기가동및 수리, 점검후의재가동을위해작동유체를주입하는과정에신속하게누설을최소화하며, 주입하고, 작동유체를회수해야하는경우에는작동유체의손실과회수시간을최소화할수 있다.

    • The present invention relates to a heating system using vacuum steam capable of improving the heating efficiency by built-in installing a double spiral heat exchanging pipe in a hollow heat source generating pipe; performing a heat source function by generating vacuum steam; and maintaining and increasing the temperature inside a heat source generating pipe at high speed when vacuum steam is generated and sprayed. The present invention relates to a heating system using vacuum steam comprising: a heat source part; and a pipe part extended from the heat source part, and buried and installed in the floor of interior space. The heat source part includes: at least one heat source generating pipe for generating vacuum steam; a heat exchanging pipe which is built in the heat source generating pipe, in which heating water is filled, and formed as a double spiral structure; a spray nozzle part installed in the bottom of the heat exchanging pipe to improve jet forces and induce the efficiency of rising the temperature when vacuum steam is generated; a heater part installed in the bottom of the heat source generating pipe to generate and spray vacuum steam by heating while accommodating a an upper end sealing part sealed and installed in the upper end of the heat source generating pipe, and installed to expose a heating water inlet and a heating water outlet of the heat exchanging pipe; and a vacuum pressure controlling valve installed in the upper end sealing part to control the vacuum pressure inside the heat source generating pipe.
