    • 본 고안에서는 피난터널에 기계식으로 자동폐쇄되는 자폐장치가 마련된 도어를 마련하되, 폐쇄작동 중에 후속되는 피난인의 통과시 그 작동이 정지되고, 또한 재개방이 가능함과 더불어, 재개방시 타이머가 다시 작동되어 자동폐쇄되어, 긴급상황시 피난을 유도함과 동시에 방연 및 방화를 수행하는 피난갱문이 개시된다.
      이를 위한 본 고안은 도어의 개방에는 연동하여 이동되지만, 도어의 폐쇄를 방해하는 작동체와: 이 작동체를 도어의 폐쇄작동에 대하여 항상 부세해서 도어의 자폐를 행하는 자폐기구와: 타이머 기구에 연동, 연결되어 작동 개시며 타이머 시간 동안 상기 작동체의 도어폐쇄 방향의 이동을 규제하는 규제기구와: 상기 타이머 시간 동안의 작동체의 열림방향의 이동에 대해서는 허용하는 허용기구를 마련해 자동문을 구성함과 동시에, 상기 타이머 기구는 상기 작동체의 열림 동작 당초의 이동에 연동하여 비작동 위치로부터 작동위치까지 이동하고, 상기 작동체의 폐쇄작동 이동에 영동되어 작동위치로부터 비작동위치까지 복귀하는 가동체와, 작동위치에 도달한 상기 가동체를 검지해 작동 개시하는 타이머 장치로 구성되어 있으며, 또한 상기 가동체에는 타이머 장치를 작동시키는 작동위치까지 도달한 이후는 상기 작동체의 이동으로부터 자유롭게 되는 피난기구가 설치되어 있는 것이다.

    • The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for controlling the safety of a vehicle window which can correctly detect that a human body or foreign substance is put between the window and a window frame during the operation of a power window, thereby preventing the safety accident caused by the operation of the power window in advance. A first sensor for detecting the human body determines whether a portion of the human body is put between the window and the window frame during the operation of the power window. Even though a detection signal is not detected by the first sensor, a second sensor for detecting pressure determines whether the human body or an article, such as a bag or an edge of clothes, is put between the window and the window frame, so that the apparatus correctly determines that the human body or the article is put between the window and the window frame, thereby stopping the rise of the window and reversely operating the window in a lower direction.
