    • PURPOSE: A magnetically levitated sliding window having a handle using magnetic force is provided to easily open a glass frame by levitating the glass frame from a base frame. CONSTITUTION: A magnetically levitated sliding window having a handle using magnetic force comprises a base frame(100), a glass frame(200), a handle(300), a side permanent magnet, and a handle permanent magnet. The base frame is formed in an opening of a building. The glass frame is slidably coupled to the base frame. The handle is formed in one side of the glass frame and has a handle groove(310) and an actuating piece(320). The actuating piece is formed in the handle groove to be horizontally drawn from the handle groove. The side permanent magnet is formed in the base frame. When the actuating piece is pressed, the same poles of the side and handle permanent magnets face each other. When the actuating piece is drawn out of the handle groove, the pole of the side permanent magnet faces with the opposite pole of the handle permanent magnet.

    • One purpose of the present invention is to provide a window and door system, realizing a locking action according as windows and doors are opened and closed by using an electromagnet and a permanent magnet, and locking and unlocking the windows and the doors by a simple operation for supplying a power to the electromagnet and generating a repulsive force in order to open the windows and the doors, thereby being easy to manipulate and enhancing a locking effect and a robbery prevention effect. Particularly, another purpose of the present invention is to provide a window and door system by using magnetism, separating the windows and the doors from a window door frame in a magnetic levitation manner if the windows and the doors start to move and making the windows/the doors and the window door frame slidable without contacts, thereby enabling anybody to easily open and close the windows and the doors while minimizing noises as well as making their opening and closing operations soft and rapid. Additionally, another purpose of the present invention is provide a window and door system by using magnetism, minimizing gaps between the windows/the doors and the window door frame because engagement between the windows/the doors and the window door frame is excellent in the case that the magnetic force does not occur at the electromagnet like in the state that the windows and the doors are in a closed state, thereby enhancing functions of sound proofness, insulation, airtightness, watertightness and wind pressure resistance at the gaps between the windows/the doors and the window door frame.
