    • 본 고안은 건물의 철근콘크리트계단을 신속 용이하게 시공할 수 있도록 한 계단시공용 조립식 거푸집구조에 관한 것이다.
      종래에는 합판(판넬)과 각목을 일정한 넓이와 길이로 톱으로 절단하고 짜맞추어 못을 박아 거푸집을 만들어 전기의 거푸집에 의하여 철근콘크리트계단을 시공하게 되는 바,
      이는 합판과 각목을 일일이 톱질을하여 거푸집을 만들게 됨으로 인력과 시간을 많이 소요하게되어 공사시일이 오래 걸리게 될 뿐만 아니라, 콘크리트를 타설하여 건조한 후 해체한 대부분의 거푸집의 합판과 각목은 재사용하지 못하고, 버리게됨으로 공사비가 상승하게 되었다.
      본 고안은 위와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 지지챤넬(2)에다 앵글(3)을 고정핀(7)과 쐐기핀(8)으로 고정하여 전기의 앵글(3)에다 여러개의 판넬(5)을 고정하고 지지찬넬(2)에는 여러개의 L자형의 계단시공판(4)을 계단식으로 고정하여 콘크리트를 타설할 수 있도록 함으로서 거푸집을 신속 용이하게 조립할 수 있도록함과 아울러 계단시공후에는 해체하여 여러번 재반복 사용할 수 있도록하여 공사비를 대폭 절감시킬 수 있도록 한 계단시공용 조립식 거푸집구조를 제공할 수 있도록 한 것이다.

    • PURPOSE: A variable support system of steel stair with a preceding construction method manner is provided to reduce construction error with a stair well of a reinforced concrete structure by supporting a dry stair landing space with a supporting system and installing a floor mat unit. CONSTITUTION: A variable support system of steel stair with a preceding construction method manner comprises a landing space supporting part(201), an upper structure(202), and a lower structure. The landing space supporting part is attached to the bottom of an upper stair landing for supporting the upper stair landing space. The upper structure comprises a central frame(204), left/right frames(205,206), and a height adjusting part(213). The central frame is formed at the lower center of a landing space supporting part to rotate each supporting member. The left and right frames are rotated around the central frame at the lower part of the landing space supporting part. The height adjusting part is combined with the lower part of the central frame to adjust the height of a support system. The lower structure comprises a triangular frame, and left/right triangular frames(209,210). The triangular frame is connected to the lower center of the upper structure by pin so that each supporting member can rotate and is formed in a triangular shape.
