    • PURPOSE: A movable iron frame device for manufacture of a culvert and a steam acceleration curing construction method of the culvert using the movable iron frame device are provided to quicken the construction speed of the culvert and to make an outer side wall form member more strongly maintain spacing against the lateral pressure in placing concrete. CONSTITUTION: A movable iron frame device for manufacture of a culvert(300) includes an outer form device including an outer side wall form member(30) and a front and rear finish plate member(104) forming the front and rear of the culvert through combination with the outer side wall form member. The outer side wall form member is installed to the outside of a side wall part(320) of the culvert to constitute the side wall part of the culvert. A driving part driving along a rail part is formed to the outside of the outer side wall form member, to move forward and backward. The outer side wall form member forms a steam supply pipe to the outside, for the steam acceleration curing of the culvert through supply of steam after placing the culvert. The outer side wall form member is laid to the side inside in building a bottom slab(310). The lower end of the outer side wall form member is separably combined to an insert unit installed to the side of the bottom slab. An upper spacing-holding member is horizontally installed to the upper end of the outer side wall form member. Lateral reinforcing structure, to reinforce the lateral pressure given to the outside of the outer side wall form member by the placing of concrete in manufacturing the culvert, is disposed to the outer wall of the outer side wall form member. The lateral reinforcing structure comprises a reinforcing beam installed vertically, and steel wires fixed to the upper and lower ends of the outer side wall form member, to give lateral force to the inside of the outer side wall form member.

    • The present invention relates to a forming structure of a building frame before concrete is poured which includes a wall body mold panel for forming a wall body and a floor panel for forming a floor slab. In the forming structure of the building frame, a plurality of horizontal ties which is as high as the thickness of the slab is fixed and mounted on the upper side of the floor panel and the wall body mold panel mounted on the wall body. A horizontal rectangular pipe, which is as long as the wall body, is fixed and mounted on the upper side of the horizontal ties. Therefore, the forming structure of the building frame can precisely provide the thickness of the slab because a range to the upper side of the horizontal tie or/and the lower end of the horizontal rectangular pipe becomes a reference point to pour concrete, reduce construction periods because horizontality for construction of the frame of the wall body is settled before concrete is poured since it does not need inking line work and installation of horizontal woods, and precisely construct a building frame.
