摘要： A separation-type multilayer noise prevention system and structure for an apartment building are provided to reduce heavy impact noise and to prevent resonance by maximizing air media with ethylene vinyl acetate and nonwoven fabric and distributing load evenly. A sand layer(160) is arranged on a concrete slab(20), and an interlayer noise insulation structure(100) is installed thereon. Porous ethylene vinyl acetate sheets are mounted between hard plastic panels, and nonwoven fabric is inserted between the porous ethylene vinyl acetate sheets. A polyester foam sheet(170) is mounted on the upper plastic panel, and the sand layer is arranged below the lower plastic panel. Lightweight aerate concrete(30) is applied on the concrete slab, and finishing mortar(40) and a floor finishing material(50) are formed thereon. The nonwoven fabric is inserted between the ethylene vinyl acetate sheets, and pores are formed in the ethylene vinyl acetate sheet.

CONSTITUTION: A sound proof material for a building slab(100) comprises a magnesium board and a pair of foamed synthetic resin boards. The foamed synthetic resin boards are attached with the magnesium board interposed, and have holding protrusions on the edges to prevent the separation of the magnesium board and a plurality of embossing projections which are formed on the inner side of the holding protrusions and pressed onto the magnesium board in order to support the top and bottom of the magnesium board and form air layers between each foamed synthetic resin board and the magnesium board. An impact sound guide plate is attached to the center of the top of the upper foamed synthetic resin board.

摘要： This invention generally pertains to a composite building material comprising a lightweight core with a thin fiber cement facing on one side of the core and a second facing material on the other side. The fiber cement facing that is used on at least one of the faces of the building material is 3/16'' or less, more preferably 1/8'' or less. The green fiber cement facing is preferably formed by a slurry-dewatering process to form a sheet that is in a plastic, uncured, state prior to manufacture of the composite. The composite building material is assembled in an uncured state and then cured.
