摘要： 본 고안은 코올타르 분사펌프의 텐션조절장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 코올타르를 분사한 후 펌프내에 잔존하는 코올타르의 점성이 강해진 상태에서는 벨트의 장력을 낮추어 엔진과 펌프의 부하를 적게하고 코올타르 분사펌프의 작동후 코올타르의 점성이 낮아지면 밸트의 장력을 높여 엔진의 회전력을 분사펌프에 전달하여 엔진과 펌프의 내구성을 향상히킬 수 있는 코올타르 분사펌프의 텐션조절장치에 관한 것이다.
상기의 본 고안은 상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 고안은 엔진의 회전력으로 코올타르를 분사할 수 있도록 벨트로 연결되는 분사펌프를 베이스에 고정되는 엔진부와, 상기 엔진부의 벨트의 텐션을 조절할 수 있도록 텐션프레임의 일단을 베이스에 회전가능하게 출설되며 상기 텐션프레임의 타단 외측에는 회전드럼을 형성하고 내측으로는 상기 텐션프레임을 승하강 시킬 수 있도록 유압실린더의 피스톤 단부를 축연결하여 상기 유압실린더를 베이스에 고정하는 텐션조절부로 구성하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

摘要： The present invention relates to a device for heating and spraying modified rubber and modified asphalt to coat a surface and, more specifically, to a device for heating and spraying modified rubber and modified asphalt to coat a surface which is provided to evenly coat a concrete cut-surface of a road by automatically spraying asphalt emulsions onto the cut-surface of the road after heating the asphalt emulsions such as modified rubber for ascon pavement and a waterproofing sealant composed of a special polymer-modified asphalt material. The present invention provides the device for heating and spraying modified rubber and modified asphalt to coat a surface which heats and melts the asphalt emulsions such as modified rubber for ascon pavement and a waterproofing sealant composed of a special polymer-modified asphalt material to have less than fixed viscosity, and which automatically sprays the melted emulsions onto a concrete surface of a road or a bridge to evenly distribute the emulsions, thereby smoothly and quickly performing an emulsion coating work and significantly improving workability and productivity.

The first viscosity reducing unit lowers the viscosity of a waterproof agent including asphalt first. The second viscosity reducing unit makes the waterproof agent discharged through the first viscosity reducing unit more watery by raising the temperature of the waterproof agent. The pumping unit transfers the waterproof agent passing through the second viscosity reducing unit. The pusher spreads the waterproof agent on the rooftop or the top of the basement of a building to form a uniform thickness of waterproof layer.
