CONSTITUTION: A paper mulberry debarker using steam and boiling comprises a housing (100) with a cover (110) allowed to be opened and closed; a rotary drum having a space(210) for accommodating a predetermined amount of paper mulberry and a hitting protrusion (230) which is detachably installed therein; a hot water/steam supply device (300) which is installed on the exterior of the housing to supply water or steam to the inside of the rotary drum through a rotary shaft (240) of the rotary drum; an actuator which is installed in the housing to rotate the rotary drum; and a control box (400) including a control unit for controlling the hot water/steam supply deice and the actuator.

    • PURPOSE: A continuous peeling machine for paper mulberry is provided to conduct automatic peeling process, thereby improving work efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A continuous peeling machine for paper mulberry includes a base plate(50), a rotation drum(200), a rotation pipe(300), hot water or vapor supplying device(400). A space unit(210) is formed in the rotation drum to hold a fixed amount of paper mulberry and to rotate about the base plate. The rotation pipe is installed inside the rotation drum to rotate in the opposite direction of the rotation drum. A screw(310) is placed on the outer surface to move the paper mulberry held inside the rotation drum forward. The hot water or vapor supplying device is installed on the base plate to supply water or vapor inside the rotation drum through the rotation pipe.

    • A manufacturing method of a panel made of mineralized plant shreds is provided. The manufacturing method of a panel made of mineralized plant shreds comprises: preparing plant shreds by cutting at least one selected from woods, palm fruit, herbs, husk of peanut or bean to a certain size; adding a hardening agent which includes the mixture of water and at least one of calcium carbonate, calcium chloride, magnesium oxide, magnesium chloride, perlite, emery powder and fluorspar to the plant shreds; molding the resulted mixture in a mold by compressing to obtain a panel; and removing the resulted panel from the mold and curing it, so as to improve fire resistance, heat insulation, sound damping property, strength and light weight with reduced cost and in an environmentally friendly way, thereby being conveniently used as an interior or exterior material in a building.

    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a panel is characterized by using various recycled materials and minimizing environmental disruption. The panel has excellent flame retardancy, water resistance, weather resistance, abrasion resistance and chemical resistance. The panel is useful for interior material and facing material of a building. CONSTITUTION: A panel manufactured out of mineralized vegetable yarn is obtained by the steps of: cutting at least one selected from wood, a palm fruit stem, a coconut, herbs, peanuts and bean on proper size to prepare vegetable yarn; mixing water with at least one selected from calcium carbonate, calcium chloride, magnesium oxide, pearlite and carborundum to prepare a hardening agent; mixing the hardening agent with the vegetable yarn; putting a mixture thereof into a metal mold, followed by applying pressure to the mixture to make a panel form; and then separating the panel from the metal mold, followed by curing the panel.
