The tricot suede product is manufactured by a raw fabric (S1), raising and shearing (S2), contraction (S3), heat setting (stretching) (S4), impregnating aqueous polyurethane (S5), reducing weight (S6), drying (S7), grinding (S8), dyeing (S9), processing (S10), and blushing (S11); or the tricot suede product is manufactured by the raw fabric (S21); raising and shearing (S22), reducing weight (S23), contraction (S24), heat setting (stretching) (S25), impregnating aqueous polyurethane (S26), grinding (S27), dyeing (S28), processing (S29), and blushing (S30). Therefore, the tricot suede product can exhibit a more luxurious appearance than an existing nonwoven suede, has dimensional stability owing to the ground texture, and can realize the sensation of fullness owing to napping texture.

A working guide member(10) guides closely the cloth to the outside surface. Working members(20,20') include a working device(22) rotatably and selectively mounted. The working device performs napping and disentangling works of the surface of the cloth. One side, the other side or both sides of the cloth are continuously processed by plural first and second working members(100,200). The seam position of the cloth is detected by a seam detection sensor(30) so that the working position of the working device is controlled.
