    • The present invention relates to a multipurpose nonwoven fabric and a manufacturing method thereof and, more particularly, to a multipurpose nonwoven fabric, which can be used for many purposes by manufacturing the nonwoven fabric using corn, cotton, polyester and natural oil, and a manufacturing method thereof. The method for manufacturing a multipurpose nonwoven fabric according to the present invention comprises: a matching step for matching raw materials of 60 to 70 parts by weight of corn, 15 to 20 parts by weight of cotton and 15 to 20 parts by weight of polyester; a mixing step for mixing, in a mixing tank, the raw materials of 60 to 70 parts by weight of corn, 15 to 20 parts by weight of cotton and 15 to 20 parts by weight of polyester; a carding step for forming a web for the mixed raw materials to be in the state of a continuous sheet using a carding machine; a molding step for forming a nonwoven fabric for the carded sheet to have constant width and thickness using a molding machine; a coating step for applying natural oil to the nonwoven fabric; a drying step for removing humidity at high temperature for the natural oil to penetrate the nonwoven fabric easily; a needle-punching step for punching the nonwoven fabric with a needle; a cutting step for cutting the needle-punched nonwoven fabric with a winder cutting machine into constant size; and an extrusion molding step for shaping the nonwoven fabric according to the size of measurement.

    • PURPOSE: Antistaining car sheet fabric coating agents having static prevention performance, car sheet fabric, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to have excellent waterproof as well as oil repellency and have effect of manufacturing antistaining car sheet fabric with static prevention performance that satisfies the anti-staining standard of all automobile companies. CONSTITUTION: A coating agent of antistaining car sheet fabric having static prevention performance is made after dispersing and mixing acryl group copolymer, copper material powder, water, and dispersing agent into a fixed ratio. A manufacturing method of antistaining car sheet fabric having static prevention performance comprises the step of preparing fabric (S100); a step of antistaining the fabric (S200); a step of coating (S300) one side of the antistained fabric with static prevention coating agents; and a step of thermal processing (S400) which treats the coated fabric by heating. The antistatic coating agents comprise 10~30 weight% of acryl group copolymer, 0.5~10 weight% of copper material powder, 37~60 weight% of water, and 2~3 weight % of dispersing agent.     • PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing disinfectant solution for skin is provided to ensure antibacterial and disinfecting ability without skin irritation. CONSTITUTION: A disinfectant solution for skin contains 0.5-2 weight% of glycerin, 0.05-1 weight% of benzalkonium chloride, 2-5 weight% of alcohol, 0.5-1 weight% of propylparaben, 0.1-0.3 weight% of paraoxybenzoic acid methyl, 0.01-0.05 weight% of tocopherol acetate, 0.02-0.05 weight% of polysorbate 80, 87.5-94 weight% of purified water, 2-4 weight% of chlorhexidine, and moisturizing agent. The moisturizing agent is glycerin, isopropymiristate, propylene glycol, silicon derivative, aloe vera, or sorbitol. The disinfectant solution is used by immersing in cotton, fabric, or non-woven fabric.
