    • A drier with a gas heater is provided to easily attach and detach a front panel by hanging the front panel on a cabinet with a hanging ring. A drier comprises a front panel, a valve(150), and a gas heater(100). The front panel is installed at a cabinet(50) and connects to a fixing unit, combined in the cabinet, into one body. The fixing unit has a hanging ring inserted into a hooking hole of the cabinet. The valve is equipped in the inner side of the cabinet in order to control the gas supply to the gas heater. The gas heater is equipped in the front panel and has a service hole corresponding to the valve.

    • PURPOSE: Assembling structure of a gas nozzle and a mixing pipe for a gas combustor in a drier is provided to improve assembling efficiency of parts by integrating the center of the gas nozzle with the center of the mixing pipe, and to stabilize flames and increase ignition force by modifying the assembling structure. CONSTITUTION: A gas combustor is composed of a gas nozzle(22) receiving and injecting gas; a mixing pipe(24) narrow and wide from the inlet to the outlet, and installed opposed to the gas nozzle to mix gas from the gas nozzle with primary air; and an igniter(26) installed in the outlet of the mixing pipe to ignite gas mixed with primary air from the outlet of the mixing pipe. A position decision unit(241) is formed in the inlet of the mixing pipe to decide the position of the gas nozzle. Assembling efficiency is improved by integrating the center of the gas nozzle with the center of the mixing pipe.

The mixing pipe is installed in the front of the gas nozzle, and a mixing passage(240) is formed in the mixing pipe to mix gas from the gas nozzle with primary air. The flame holder is installed in the front of the outlet of the mixing pipe, and composed of an annular hub(761) having the circular flame hole, and plural blade pieces(765,767) arranged around the hub to divide flames.

    • PURPOSE: An apparatus for supporting a burner of a drier is provided to simplify structure for mounting a support on a burner base. CONSTITUTION: A burner(50) is mounted on placed on a burner base(70) and installed on a base(80) by a support(60). The burner base is installed on an upper plate of the support. Side plates are formed on sides of the upper plate toward the base. Coupling flanges(64) are formed on lower ends of the side plates parallel to the base. A coupling hole is formed on one of the coupling flange and fixing holes(66) are formed on both ends of the other of the coupling flange. The coupling flange with the coupling hole is coupled to the base by a coupling screw(90). The coupling flange with the fixing holes is fixed to fixing pieces formed on the base correspondingly with the fixing holes. The fixing pieces have fixing protrusions(83) formed thereon, and placed on the fixing holes of the coupling flange. The fixing piece is formed into a triangle to have supporting parts supporting both ends and a front end of the coupling flange.
