The rotation unit has multiple rotation bodies, wherein skinner teeth, as a protruding part, are formed on a circumference edge part of the rotation bodies for hanging knitting yarn. The friction member rotates the driving source so that a knitted cloth is connected to the friction member in a friction way. The napping cloth is formed in the knitted cloth.

摘要： An apparatus for operating a guide bar of a raschel warp knitting machine is provided to reciprocate precisely the guide bar without error of operation displacement when a pattern is formed through reciprocation of the guide bar, thereby improving the quality of the formed pattern. First ends of wires(20,21) are connected to both ends of a guide bar(10), and second ends of the wires are connected to cylinder rods(30a,31a) of air cylinders(30,31). One of the wires winds around a driving pulley(60a) of a motor(60) installed in an encoder to connect between the guide bar and one of the cylinder rods. The wound wire is rotated or inversely rotated by operation of the motor. An air supply hose(40) connected to a divergence tube(40a) is connected to air supply ports(30a,31b) of the air cylinders so that compressed air generated from a compressor(50) is applied to the air cylinders in the same pressure.
